Our Friendly Service: Arizona Spine Center's friendly office staff is happy to assist you with any of your needs. We pride ourselves on keeping to an on-time schedule.

We don't want to keep our patients waiting!

Please arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment or 15 minutes early if your paperwork is already complete. If you’re going to be late, we ask that you call us at (602) 274-0480. In order to keep to our on time schedule, your appointment may be rescheduled if you are late for your appointment.
